Howard is a keyboard specialist and vocalist formerly from Wichita, Kansas.

In the past few years his activities have included a two-year stint in the regional oldies group, The Benders.

He has been performed concerts and dances at John Knox Village, Llano Grande, Pharr South, Cottonwood Country Club, and various fraternal orders in the Rio Grande Valley.

Howard plays an eclectic mix of big band standards, light jazz, country, and pop from the 40's to the present.
