Are there are any fenced dog exercise parks in the Rio Grande Valley that are open to the public?

My wife and I are considering retiring to the RGV and will be making an exploratory trip in February.
Are there any companies that offer tours of the area and/or give retirement seminars concerning the
area (the cost of living, quality of life...). We will probably be looking at different types of real estate, so
should we call a different RE agent for each town (one for McAllen, another for Harlingen, another
for SPI...). Thanks for any advice in advance. Sean
