Rio Grande Valley' s Tropical Climate

This far south, the Winter high temperatures tend to be in
the seventies, and the Summer heat is made more gentle
because of the Gulf breezes. The rain comes a little more
frequently than the drier parts of Texas, but expect a lot of
sun. Do keep in mind that the farther away from the coast
you get, the hotter the Valley becomes.
