McAllen Nature Tour:
Explore the unique habitat of the McAllen Botanical Gardens on a guided nature tour witnessing the variety of plant
and wildlife thriving in the largest and oldest tract of native forest remaining in the McAllen metropolitan area.
Nature tours are held the first Saturday of the each month from November through March from 8:30 - 11:00 a.m.
Tours will depart from Quinta Mazatlan, the McAllen Wing of the World Birding Center. Quinta Mazatlan is located at
600 Sunset Drive, just one block south of La Plaza Mall off 10th Street.
Tickets can be purchased for $5 each at Quinta Mazatlan World Birding Center, Lark, Las Palmas and Palm View
Community Centers during regular business hours. Tour tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance.
