I needed to look for a certain Winter Texan park , who's name I could just not recall at that time.
I had just submitted my band's (JEALOUS HEART) info to Rod for this website.
Now this was my first time I've submitted any info of my band to anyone online. I put my trust in him &
Rod came thru for my band with his professionalism, not only in arranging my spot on his website with
a song/video of the band and the scheduling of my events, but, I browsed his website, and with a click
, there it was .. exactly what I was looking for ,, the name of the park I could not recall. "PLUS"

My husband and I had been looking for a long time for a lot to put our motor home on that we could
purchase. I searched the internet about "Winter Texans" and where they live, especially in their RV's.
I ran across this website The Winter Texan Connection to see if they had anything in the classified
section. I found something for sale with beautiful pictures, even better than just a lot for our motor
home! This was a lot for your motor home in a 55+ community that you rent and not buy. The resort
was in Mission, TX, the exact town we wanted to move to for retirement. The great thing about this lot
was it was actually two lots and one had a site built, fully furnished, guest house on it and it could be
rented out to Winter Texans when they come in the winter months! This will pay for our lot rent and
utilities! What a blessing! When I called the number in the ad, the lady said they had already sold it -
what a let down for me. Then about a week later, the lady called ME back (from caller ID) and said
the sale did not go through and wanted to know if we were still interested........that weekend we
jumped in our car and went to check it out. We loved it and bought it. I feel God wanted us to have
this great set up - guest house and 4 awnings to protect your cars and motor home and a storage
room. I am very grateful I was led to this website! Joy White
